Delivery Information

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the expected delivery date and your order tracking number.

Please ensure that the correct delivery address entered at checkout is secure and correct. The delivery address cannot be changed after your order has been shipped.

TAYVIAH REWRKS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

Custom Made to Order

All orders placed are custom handmade to order, requiring a design process of 1-2 weeks prior to dispatch. Each custom piece created is a unique one of one design with intentional differences, due to the vintage denim that is sourced and handmade process. Immediately after design completion, all orders will be shipped out with the selected shipping option ranging from 1-4 business days.

International Taxes & Duties

For all orders placed outside of Canada, you may be charged import duties and taxes from your local customs authority when your package is received into your country. Customers are fully responsible for paying any import taxes due in order to collect your package.

Duty rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of, where they are made, and the country it is being received into. You will be notified through email prior to the delivery of your package if you are required to pay duties or import tax.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject your package, you will not receive a refund for your order as all sales are final.
